Delete Account
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Lapsed account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: From the App
- Open Lapsed and go to Settings
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to lapsed-app@zohomail.eu with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your account profile (email, display name, avatar)
- All items, categories, and goals you created
- All completion history and notes
- All cloud-synced data stored in Supabase
What Data Is Retained
The following data is not deleted by us, as it is managed by third parties:
- Subscription data — managed by Google Play or Apple App Store. You must cancel your subscription separately through the respective store before deleting your account.
- RevenueCat purchase records — anonymous subscription status records may be retained by RevenueCat in accordance with their privacy policy.
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion from within the app is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
